Personalised Orders
- Personalised items will be delivered via Standard Delivery within Australia.
- Orders with both personalised and non-personalised items will be delivered together.
New Zealand Delivery – $13 (or FREE on eligible purchased item or exceeding purchasing price threshold )
- Delivered within 6-14 business days.
- Not available to PO Boxes.
- Certain items, such as nail polish, flammable products, and some consumables, cannot be shipped internationally. Please refer to the United Postal Union Convention website for more details.
Other International Delivery – $20
- Delivered within 10-30 business days.
- Not available to PO Boxes.
- Similar restrictions as New Zealand apply (e.g., nail polish, flammable items, and batteries).

Delivery FAQs
How can I track my order?
- Log in to My Account to view your tracking information under My Purchases. Or check email received from info@mellowkidz.com.au or contact us.
- Don’t have an account? Create one using the email address you used at checkout.
- You’ll also receive tracking details via email. If you selected Deliver to Store, you’ll be notified when your order is ready to collect via SMS or email.
Delivery on Public Holidays?
- Delivery may not occur on public holidays, and orders placed during these times will be processed on the next business day.
- Please expect possible delays during busy periods like national holidays or sales events.
Do I need to sign for my order?
- You can choose to leave your order unattended during checkout, giving permission for the delivery company to leave it in a safe spot.
- Please note, Mellow Kidz cannot be held responsible for theft or damage if you choose unattended delivery. The risk remains with you once the parcel is delivered, and we will not offer a replacement or refund for any loss or damage.

- While we strive for prompt delivery, Mellow Kidz cannot be held accountable for delays caused by our delivery partner or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including incorrect addresses provided.
- If an item is out of stock when your order is packed, we will notify you and refund the unavailable item(s).
- All gift card purchases will be delivered separately.
